Polytec’s compact velocimeters allows noncontact measurement of both length and the velocity of continuous material and piece goods. The measuring device quickly and reliably provides you with length and velocity values for inspection and cut-to-length applications with the precision that can only be achieved through using a laser.
Our BLG light grids are ideally suited for scanning large areas, counting parts, detecting stack heights (of paper, for example), or for measuring the height of pallets. They are superior to classic through-beam sensors that typically only scan specific points.
Whenever you need to measure with absolute precision in extreme conditions, you can count on the BTL robust magnetostrictive linear position sensors from Balluff.
Gordy’s new NiDAR sensor fits impresses with a variety of possible applications, both indoors and out. Whether for simple presence and object detection in a defined range of max 10 meters, and/or for distance measurement, in both cases Gordy’s new NiDAR sensor is impressive. Although its performance compares to high priced laser systems, its price is like an extended range proximity sensor. This is made possible by the cutting-edge NiDAR technology and the built-in intelligent software for signal processing. It is designed for adverse conditions, such as steam, smoke, rain, snow or fog, and is used also to control self-driving vehicles.

Membrane level monitors allow economic level monitoring of bulk goods in storage vessels. They may be used to indicate full and empty states and load demand for dusty, powdery, granulated and grainy bulk goods. They are suitable for use with bulk materials (0.3 to 2.5 t/m3) and particle sizes up to 30 mm.
Output rates are user specified, as the sensor can be programmed to make an average of up to 200 measurements (disregarding all zero/missing values) and output it as a single point.
