0 to 10 Vdc analog output offers precision distance measurement
BOS 21M Distance Sensor
Measuring range selectable between 20 and 500 mm
Analog voltage or current signal
BVS-E Standard vision sensor
With our BVS-E Standard Vision sensors, you control the quantity of your production process in a cost-conscious and precise manner. You can use a total of seven testing tools that can be employed independently of each other and simultaneously check multiple product features.
GS-2000 Series Thickness Gauge
Gordy’s thickness gauge is based on the optical triangulation principle of a laser line observed by high resolution isochromatic camera.
KAL-D Compact Thermal Flow Switch
No Moving Parts
Switching Range 0.15 to 6.6 Ft/Sec.
KAL-K & KAL-A Compact Thermal Flow Sensor
Revolutionary Microprocessor-Based Drift Stabilization
NPT and 3-A Compliant Sanitary Fittings
Laser Head LDS
The laser heads LDS are used in heavy industrial environments where it is necessary to protect the measuring sensors and instruments against high temperature, dust, possible crashes, etc… typical of metal industry and of all production processes with heat sources.
laser velocity and length measurement sensor
Polytec’s compact velocimeters allows noncontact measurement of both length and the velocity of continuous material and piece goods. The measuring device quickly and reliably provides you with length and velocity values for inspection and cut-to-length applications with the precision that can only be achieved through using a laser.
Light grids
Our BLG light grids are ideally suited for scanning large areas, counting parts, detecting stack heights (of paper, for example), or for measuring the height of pallets. They are superior to classic through-beam sensors that typically only scan specific points.
NMF Membrane Level Monitor for Bulk Goods
Membrane level monitors allow economic level monitoring of bulk goods in storage vessels. They may be used to indicate full and empty states and load demand for dusty, powdery, granulated and grainy bulk goods. They are suitable for use with bulk materials (0.3 to 2.5 t/m3) and particle sizes up to 30 mm.
ODS Black-Line
Output rates are user specified, as the sensor can be programmed to make an average of up to 200 measurements (disregarding all zero/missing values) and output it as a single point.
